The exhibition is well known among the experts of the paints and varnishes. It is accredited by the International Union of Exhibitions and Fairs and the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry. The event is organized with the assistance of the Ministry of Industry, Science and Technology and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation. More than 170 companies representing 13 countries took part in the exhibition.

Even current difficult situation at the market that the manufactures of paints and varnishes face during the global economic crisis couldn’t affect commonly high interest in the exhibition. This is associated with the need to search for new solutions and development options in difficult market conditions where demand decreases and competition grows nearly in all industry segments. Examples of such solutions include the development of new unique products for specific applications, as well as product quality improvement aiming to substitute the more expensive imported analogs.

Evonik is a world leader in the development of specialized materials. It offers its customers products and technologies that meet the requirements of the modern paints and varnish market. As in the previous years, exhibition visitors showed a great interest to our company's stand. Over four exhibition days, we held more than a hundred business meetings. Our stand was visited by the representatives of the leading industry companies, such as Russkiye Kraski, Empils, Tikkurila, YarLi just to name a few. A number of new projects with participation of Russian manufacturers were initiated based on the results of the meetings held during the exhibition.
